We are seeking dependable and motivated Press Operators to join a busy plastics molding facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do
• Operate and monitor plastic molding presses to produce quality parts
• Perform basic machine setups, mold changes, and minor troubleshooting
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Record production information and maintain documentation
• Package completed parts and prepare them for the next stage of production
• Keep your work area clean while following all safety procedures
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For
✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but willing to train dependable candidates
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality
✔ Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Reliable attendance and positive attitude
