Looking for a hands-on position where attention to detail makes a difference? Join a growing screen printing team as a Print Support – Ink Mixing Associate! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with colors, measurements, and keeping production running smoothly.
Job Duties:
• Mix inks according to production specifications for daily screen printing jobs.
• Accurately weigh ink components using scales and measuring equipment.
• Enter and maintain basic production information using a computer.
• Follow formulas and work instructions to ensure color consistency and quality.
• Keep the ink mixing area clean, organized, and stocked with materials.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure print jobs stay on schedule.
Qualifications:
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to accurately weigh and measure materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
