**Schedule:** 2nd shift 3pm-11pm

### Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for an individual who is drug-free, dependable, and eager to learn. The Maintenance Technician will assist with maintaining equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting facility operations.
### Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
* Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
* Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to schedules.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
* Document maintenance activities and repairs.
* Respond to equipment breakdowns and production support needs.
* Work with team members and supervisors to improve equipment performance.
* Travel occasionally to the Hiram location when required.
### Qualifications
* Previous maintenance experience is required.
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
* Strong attendance and reliability.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Must be able to pass a drug screen.
### Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
* Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
