# NOW HIRING – 3rd Shift Process / Tooling Change Technician

Mancan Staffing is seeking a **Process / Tooling Change Technician** for a manufacturing facility in the Alliance area. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, performing tooling changes, and keeping production running efficiently.
### Responsibilities
* Perform tooling and process changeovers to support production schedules.
* Set up, calibrate, and maintain production tools and equipment.
* Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues to minimize downtime.
* Inspect product quality and make process adjustments as needed.
* Perform basic machining tasks and minor tool or equipment repairs.
* Work with production staff to ensure smooth transitions between product runs.
* Follow all safety and quality standards.
### Qualifications
* Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operation.
* Machine maintenance experience is highly preferred.
* Experience with tooling setup, changeovers, and preventive maintenance.
* Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and production issues.
* Knowledge of basic machining operations (drilling, milling, grinding) is a plus.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
* Mechanical or manufacturing certifications are a plus.
* **Company will provide training on Therm equipment and processes.**
