General Laborer / Forklift Operator
Location: Vincent, OH
Pay: $17.00/hour
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer with forklift experience to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. The right candidate will assist with shipping, receiving, material handling, and general facility operations while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
• Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Move products throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform general labor duties including lifting, stacking, wrapping pallets, and assisting with warehouse operations.
• Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and warehouse goals.
Qualifications:
• Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred but not required).
• Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is preferred.
• Willingness to perform a variety of physical tasks throughout the workday.
