Mancan is in partnership with a local company in Weirton in need of a Merchandiser. Candidates will be responsible for covering the Pittsburgh/Canton Area.
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday
Starting Time: 5:00 AM, unless covering for a driver
Pay: $16.50/hour
After Hired into the company the salary increases to: $42,000/year
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented Merchandiser to work throughout the Pittsburgh/Canton area. This position involves traveling to various retail locations, taking inventory, rotating stock, and accurately reporting inventory information to management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service personality, be comfortable working independently, and be willing to assist with driver coverage when needed.
Job Duties
• Travel to retail locations throughout the Pittsburgh/Canton area.
• Take inventory at stores and report inventory numbers to company.
• Rotate and organize stock as needed.
• Arrive at the first job site at 5:00am
• Report to Weirton location in your personal vehicle and use a company CR-V for daily work-related travel.
• Use the company-provided gas card for authorized work-related fuel only.
• Work independently once properly trained.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude at all times.
• Driver coverage is mandatory when a driver calls off. If covering for a driver you will be responsible for driving a box truck
Schedule & Training
• Regular schedule is Sunday–Thursday, beginning at approximately 5:00 AM.
• Some workdays may be approximately 5 hours, while others may be 8 hours.
• During training, approximately half of the time will be spent riding with a driver and half working independently.
• If you are training with a driver, the start time may be as early as 2:00 AM.
• If you are covering a driver’s route, the start time may be approximately 4:00 AM.
Requirements
• Valid driver's license with 0 points.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.

• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Must be clean, well-groomed, and appropriately dressed for a professional customer-facing position.
• Dress code: Clean, groomed appearance, jeans, and a collared shirt.
• Must be flexible and willing to cover driver routes when necessary.
• Must be dependable and comfortable with early-morning start times.
Compensation
• $16.50/hour while employed through Mancan Staffing.
• Employees will be paid for a guaranteed 40 hours per week while with Mancan, regardless of whether they work 30 or 50 actual hours.
• Once hired in permanently employees will receive a $42,000 annual salary.

A company fuel card will be provided for authorized work-related fuel expenses. The card is monitored, and unauthorized use of the card or use for personal purposes may result in termination and potential criminal charges for theft.
