# Quality Inspector
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday | Start Time: 8:30 AM (8-10 hour shifts)
**Pay:** $20.00-$23.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Mancan Staffing is seeking an experienced **Quality Inspector** to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality standards, inspection processes, and precision measuring equipment.
### Responsibilities
* Inspect finished products and components to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
* Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
* Identify defects, document inspection results, and communicate quality concerns to production personnel.
* Maintain accurate inspection records and complete required documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company quality and safety procedures.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
### Qualifications
* **Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment is required.**
* Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Basic computer and documentation skills.
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
