Mancan is now hiring an Emergency Response Technician to join our team!
The Emergency Response Technician responds to emergency service calls and assists with water mitigation and restoration needs. This is an active, hands-on position that requires someone who is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a variety of situations.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to emergency calls and assist customers with immediate needs
Perform water mitigation services, including water removal and cleanup
Assist with cleanup, restoration, and other emergency response duties
Help prepare job sites and equipment
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Assist the production team with various duties when needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
Ideal Candidate:
Dependable and willing to respond when emergencies arise
Comfortable working in different environments and conditions
Physically capable of performing hands-on work
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Previous restoration, construction, maintenance, or emergency response experience is a plus, but not required.
