Mancan Staffing is assisting a local manufacturing company in their search for experienced Printing Press Operators.

Pay is based off of exp.
Long term, temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor printing and production equipment.
Set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
Load materials and ensure proper alignment throughout the printing process.
Inspect printed labels for color, registration, quality, and other specifications.
Make adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain consistent production and quality.
Monitor production runs and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Follow production schedules, work orders, and company procedures.
Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous printing or print production experience required.
Experience operating or monitoring printing equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production duties.
Experience with flexographic printing, digital printing, labels, packaging, or other commercial/industrial printing is a plus!
