Job Title: General Laborer / Machine Operator Job Description: Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a dependable General Laborer / Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is interested in learning to operate CNC and manual machinery. Previous experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities: • Assist with operating various CNC and manual machines • Follow instructions after machinery has been set up by an experienced employee • Accurately read and use a tape measure • Stand at a machine for extended periods • Lift and move materials as required • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all workplace safety and quality standards • Complete additional general labor duties as assigned Qualifications: • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred but not required • Ability to accurately read a tape measure • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting • Dependable and able to arrive at work on time • Reliable transportation required • Appropriate clothing for an industrial work environment • Ability to follow instructions and work safely Work Schedule: • Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week • Monday–Friday • Day Shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Pay: • $15.00–$18.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications Why Work with Mancan?
