🚨 NOW HIRING – RIM OPERATOR 🚨
📍 Willoughby, OH
🕔 Schedule: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM for a few weeks
pay rate $18 and hour
Sunday night 10 PM – 5 AM, then 5 PM to 5 AM Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
🏭 Position: RIM Operator / Plastic Injection Molding
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Operate Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) machinery
🔹 Monitor equipment and the molding process
🔹 Unload freshly molded plastic parts
🔹 Perform hand trimming and remove flash/gates
🔹 Use hand and power tools
🔹 Assist with mold changes and machine changeovers
🔹 Perform basic quality checks on finished products
🔹 Complete production paperwork and track quantities/scrap
🔹 Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized
🔹 Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
🔸 High school diploma or equivalent
🔸 Familiarity with injection molding machinery
🔸 Ability to read job travelers, prints, and diagrams
🔸 Ability to use basic measuring tools
🔸 Strong attention to detail
🔸 Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
🔸 Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
