Mancan is working with a restaurant in the Mt Hope area looking for servers. This is a temp to hire position. Scheduled days and hours will vary based on the needs of the restaurant. Must be available to work lunch and dinner shifts between the hours of Monday-Saturday, 10am-7pm. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. Pay starts at $13/hour during training, then goes to $5/hour plus tips.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, courteous service.
- Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations when appropriate.
- Monitor guests’ needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and dining areas.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions responsibly.
- Assist with opening, closing, and other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
