Mancan Staffing is hiring a Temporary Data Entry Clerk for a local company in the Vincent, OH area. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who is computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and dependable.
The company is transitioning to a new software system, and you’ll play an important role in helping ensure a smooth transition. The position will focus heavily on data entry, billing information, and transferring company records into the new system.
What You’ll Do
Accurately enter customer and company information into new software
Manually process and enter billing information
Transfer existing records into the new system
Review entries for accuracy and correct errors
Maintain organized and confidential records
Work with staff to gather and verify information
Complete basic administrative and data entry tasks as needed
Follow established procedures and meet daily deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good typing and data entry skills
Comfortable working with numbers, billing information, and records
Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Able to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks
Previous data entry, billing, office, or administrative experience is preferred, but not required
