Fiberglass Production Worker
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Employment: Temp-to-Hire
A local manufacturer is seeking an entry-level Fiberglass Production Worker to join their team! Candidates with some previous fiberglass experience are preferred.
Job Duties:
• Make fiberglass parts according to specifications
• Cut fiberglass materials to the proper size and shape
• Fit fiberglass over molds
• Pour and work with resin
• Prepare materials and molds for production
• Inspect finished parts for quality and proper fit
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
• Entry-level candidates with fiberglass experience encouraged to apply
• Ability to follow instructions and production specifications
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment
