Technical Support Specialist

Mancan is working with a company in Mount Hope seeking a technical support representative. This is a temp to hire position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to installers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to residential door operators.
- Deliver application assistance and repair guidance via telephone support.
- Assist in the daily operations and administrative tasks of the department.
- Participate in field service calls or training seminars requiring light travel when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with installing or troubleshooting residential door operators preferred.
- Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment preferred.
- Flexibility to travel for field service calls or training seminars as needed.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to lift 40-60 pounds.
- Rotating schedule required M-F 9a-5p, 8a-4p with working 11a-7p
