Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Aurora who is looking for an Inside Sales Associate This position will be an in-office role responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively managing assigned territory, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening existing customer relationships. This position operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and requires a self-starter who takes initiative and consistently delivers results. This is a 1st shift position and the pay will be based on experience.
-Proactively generate sales through outbound calls, email outreach, and inbound lead follow-up within the assigned territory.
-Convert quotations to orders, promote current programs, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with territory initiatives.
-Maintain accurate activity tracking and performance reporting; provide regular updates on key sales metrics.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales and internal teams to close opportunities and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and pricing pressures to respond strategically.
