Mancan is assisting a local Barberton company seeking a General Laborer – Warehouse / Rebar Fabrication
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team.
This position involves warehouse work, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with the fabrication of rebar products.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
Assist with rebar fabrication and production processes
Operate hand tools and equipment as needed
Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive bending, lifting, and standing throughout the workday
Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Warehouse, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
