Mancan is hiring laborers for converting in Bolivar!
Removing rollers from lines & switching out the full ones with empty ones. Doing general help with printing & converting machinery. Must be computer literate with good attendance. The shift is 7am-7pm. You will work a 2/2/3 schedule so work Mon/Tues, off Wed/Thurs, work Fri/Sat/Sun, then the next week do the opposite. So they get 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week, but there is room for overtime on the short weeks for sure. Pay starts at $17/hr. Pretty nice for an entry level job!
After 90 days of permanent hire, offers medical/dental/life insurance and supplemental insurance plans. Paid time off after one year is 56 hours. Paid holidays are earned after 90 days of hire. Training & testing is available to all employees to earn raises.
