Mancan is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join a great team! This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position working 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
In this role, you will be responsible for billing delivered bulk fuel orders, tracking incoming payments, preparing and sending customer invoices, and helping resolve any invoicing discrepancies. You will verify customer pricing and contract prices, complete daily and weekly billing, assist with inventory and invoice reconciliation, and conduct daily reconciliation of gallons loaded and delivered.
Additional responsibilities include collecting credit applications and tax-exempt forms, confirming pricing and order entry, data entry, customer correspondence, answering phones, filing, copying, sorting paperwork, and other general office duties. You will also report customer feedback or concerns to management and work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of billing, accounting, office, or related experience and/or training. Strong data entry skills, experience with spreadsheets and accounting software, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and 10-key proficiency are required. Experience with programs such as AgVantage and SkyBitz is a plus.
