Mancan is hiring a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative! If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
In this position, you will answer inbound customer calls, take and enter orders for energy products, provide pricing information, dispatch orders for delivery, update customer information, process payment information, and keep customers informed about their order status. You will also respond to voicemails and emails, resolve customer concerns, report customer feedback, and work closely with management to ensure excellent customer service.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of customer service or call center experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and basic math skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. You must be able to read and interpret a map, work independently, and have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
This is a Monday through Friday position with staggered shifts covering phone hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday shifts are mandatory on a rotating schedule from 8:00 AM to noon.
