Job Description
Mancan Staffing is seeking a dependable Parts Roller / Spot Welder to join a local manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with parts, operating equipment, and learning basic spot welding processes.
Responsibilities:
Roll and process parts according to company specifications
Assist with spot welding as needed
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently as part of a production team
Requirements
Manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to stand and work for extended periods
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Willingness to learn spot welding
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Must be able to work the required training schedule
