HVAC Technician

Mancan is partnering with a company in Millersburg that is looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Technician to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate, based on attitude, attendance, and overall job performance.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with overtime as needed
Pay: $15–$25 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general HVAC service calls, repairs, maintenance, and installations in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately document services performed, parts and materials used, and customer interactions.
- Follow all company safety procedures, regulations, and industry standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide professional and courteous service while representing the company positively.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC service and installation.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness and desire to continually develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Flexible, positive attitude with a strong commitment to quality work.
