Mancan is partnering with a company in Baltic that is looking for motivated and detail-oriented assemblers to join their team!
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble rails and components according to work instructions and specifications.
- Ensure the correct components are used and finished products meet established quality standards.
- Thoroughly inspect assembled rails for defects, irregularities, or other quality concerns.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably bend, twist, reach, and move as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough quality inspections.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
