Mancan, in partnership with a Jefferson-area manufacturing facility, is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor!

If you have a strong background in plastic injection molding, troubleshooting, process improvement, and production leadership, we want to hear from you!

🔧 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

* Maintain and improve injection molding and secondary processes
* Process and troubleshoot injection molding machines
* Perform equipment start-ups and shutdowns
* Identify opportunities to reduce waste and increase production efficiency
* Monitor resin processing and drying temperatures
* Troubleshoot machinery to ensure high-quality parts meet specifications
* Verify process parameters and make adjustments to improve cycle times
* Monitor mold setup sheets and ensure processes meet company standards
* Work closely with the Quality Department to improve process control
* Address processing and scrap issues in a timely manner
* Ensure injection molding machines and supporting automated systems operate properly
* Perform mold setups and set molds
* Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
* Help ensure production efficiency and equipment utilization goals are met

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

* 3+ years of plastic injection molding experience REQUIRED
* Strong knowledge of the plastic injection molding industry
* Experience processing and troubleshooting injection molding equipment
* Knowledge of resin processing and drying temperatures
* Ability to troubleshoot quality and production issues
* Experience with mold setups
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills
* Must be able to work Saturdays

🕒 SCHEDULE
Monday–Saturday | 2nd Shift

* Production shift: 2:45 PM–11:00 PM
* Supervisor must arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of shift
* Must be available to stay after the shift as needed
* Saturdays are currently required
