Massillon Mancan is assisting a local food manufacturing facility in their search for dependable Production Workers. Production Workers will play an important role in the production and packaging of high-quality food products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and sanitary work environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with the preparation, production, and packaging of food products.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Measure ingredients and materials accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Must have open availability and be willing to work swing shifts.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift moderate loads and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift.
Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
Must have open availability and be willing to work swing shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
