Mancan Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining apartment units, common areas, and property equipment. Performs repairs, preventative maintenance, and prepares units for new residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, locks, and fixtures.
• Complete work orders and resident maintenance requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Maintain pools, grounds, and common areas as needed.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Keep maintenance tools, supplies, and work areas organized.
• Follow company safety procedures and local building codes.
Typical Requirements:
• 1+ year of apartment/property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift, and work outdoors.
