Mancan is hiring Production Workers for a well-established manufacturing company in Fredericksburg. This company manufactures rubber and plastic components used in vehicles and other products, with production involving molding, assembling, inspecting, and finishing parts.

What You'll Be Doing:
Depending on your department, you may be responsible for:
• Operating production and molding equipment
• Inspecting finished parts for quality
• Trimming, assembling, and finishing components
• Packing and preparing products for shipment
• Following production and safety procedures
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Working as part of a team to meet production goals
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided for qualified candidates!
💰 Pay
• $18.00/HR – 3rd Shift
