Mancan Staffing is assisting a thriving Stow healthcare products manufacturer in finding an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You’ll assist customers with product questions, pricing, orders, troubleshooting, and delivery while working closely with sales, production, and shipping to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Pay: $23.00–$26.00/hour BOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
What You'll Do
• Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails while providing friendly, professional customer service
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, orders, and delivery questions
• Enter and update customer orders accurately in QuickBooks
• Double-check orders, pricing, product information, and shipping details to help prevent errors
• Troubleshoot product questions and help customers with proper product use
• Handle order changes, returns, exchanges, and customer concerns
• Respond to customer complaints and work toward positive solutions
• Communicate customer requests and special instructions to sales, production, and factory teams
• Work with production and shipping to help keep orders and deliveries on schedule
• Maintain accurate customer records and correspondence
• Assist with filing, data entry, and general office duties
• Build positive working relationships with customers, vendors, coworkers, and factory staff
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong phone and active listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Ability to handle a large volume of calls and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar software
• Ability to learn products and processes quickly
• Reliable and punctual attendance is required
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed
