Mancan is hiring General Laborers / Filament Winding Operators for an Eastlake manufacturing company! 💰 Pay: $18.00/hour 🌙 Shift: 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM–12:00 AM 📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday 📍 Location: Eastlake, OH ⚡ Immediate openings available! What You’ll Be Doing: 🔹 Wind spooled fiberglass strands onto polypropylene tanks 🔹 Operate and monitor filament winding equipment 🔹 Load and align tooling and production materials 🔹 Monitor fiber tension, winding speed, and resin application 🔹 Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities 🔹 Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers 🔹 Complete basic production documentation 🔹 Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized 🔹 Follow all required safety procedures and PPE guidelines ⚠️ Please Note: Employees will work around and may be exposed to materials including resin and acetone. What We’re Looking For: ✅ High school diploma or GED preferred ✅ Manufacturing, machine operation, or composite experience is a plus ✅ Strong mechanical aptitude ✅ Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures ✅ Good attention to detail ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✅ Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. ✅ Must be available Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM–12:00 AM 📲 READY TO APPLY?
