Mancan staffing is seeking Agricultural labor for our client in Oberlin Oh.
Hours start at 7:00am for a 9–10-hour workday. M-F and Sat. as needed.
Pay rate $17.00
Job Duties:
• Planting and labeling trays
• Moving product /lifting, carrying and unloading supplies
• Keeping a clean work area
• Maintaining an irrigation system and water lines
• Operating rolling electric carts and unloading from a conveyor belt
• Using ladders and assembling baskets
• Adhere to all safety rules
Skills:
• Physically able to lift up to 20Lbs. and push or pull carts up to 200Lbs.
• Perform tasks effectively and efficiently
• Bend, stool, kneel and stand for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
• Work in various temperatures - extreme heat or cold
• Follow written and verbal instructions
Requirements:
• Have a positive attitude and be flexible and willing to work
• Successful drug screen
• Successful background check
• Available to work on Saturday
• May be required to operate vehicles and machinery
