Are you a motivated leader who enjoys helping a team succeed? We’re looking for an energetic Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a retail sales team while providing an outstanding customer experience
Schedule - Mon. Thru Fri. 9-6pm
Pay Rate - $18.00 hour
What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve goals
Coach and train team members for success
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Build strong relationships with customers
Help drive sales and overall store performance
Handle challenges with a positive, solution-focused approach
Maintain a professional, upbeat, and team-oriented environment
