MIG & TIG WELDERS NEEDED IN YOUNGSTOWN
Youngstown Company is seeking skilled MIG and TIG Welders to join their metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience welding and fabricating metal components while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and production.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal parts and fabricated assemblies.
• Fabricate and weld components according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Set up welding equipment and select the appropriate welding process and materials.
• Fit, position, align, and secure metal components prior to welding.
• Use grinders, measuring tools, and other fabrication equipment.
• Inspect completed welds and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Make adjustments or corrections as needed to maintain proper fit and finish.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.
Qualifications:
• Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience using common metal fabrication tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to measure accurately and follow specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
• Steel-toe boots required.
