Machine Operator

Mancan in Northfield is assisting a local Twinsburg Company who is looking for a 1st Shift Entry Level Machine Operators for a Braiding Machine. This is Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm and the starting pay is $16 an hour.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of assembly processes and techniques
- Proficiency in basic math calculations
- Familiarity with calipers and other measuring tools
