HIRING: MACHINE OPERATORS – 1ST SHIFT
Full Time-3 days/week Part Time-2 days/week
We are currently recruiting reliable and motivated individuals for Machine Operator opportunities with a local manufacturing facility!
💰 Starting Pay: $16.50/hour
🕐 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:15 PM
📅 12-hour shifts: Friday or Monday, plus Saturday & Sunday
📍 Ashtabula
JOB DUTIES:
• Operate and learn manufacturing machinery
• Review orders and follow work instructions
• Perform basic math and measurements
• Inspect products for quality
• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete work accurately and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance is a MUST
• Willingness to learn — on-the-job training provided
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs., depending on position
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
Experience with plastics or composite materials is a plus, but training is provided!
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
