Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and recruit top-notch candidates for various client positions, aligning their skills and aspirations with our clients' needs.
• Candidate Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members to facilitate successful placements.
• Conducting marketing activities including reaching out to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions to effectively communicate our offerings and create meaningful connections. These approaches encompass utilizing various communication channels to engage and inform our target audience about our products and services.
• Effective Communication: Utilize exceptional communication skills to convey job opportunities, assess candidate suitability, and maintain clear and concise interactions.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and deliver solutions that align with their needs.
• Performance Metrics: Thrive in a target-driven environment, monitor key performance metrics, and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or service staff is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records.
• Strong problem solving skills to resolve issues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute to team success.
• Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
