****Dependable Batching Operator in Sebring, OH
Schedule: 1st shift 6a-2:30p M-F
Job Duties:
• Prepare batches of material for the casting process
• Measure materials accurately using basic math
• Lift and handle fiber bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Follow batch instructions and production requirements
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Work safely and efficiently in a production environment
Requirements:
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Willingness to assist with a variety of warehouse and production tasks
