**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
Mancan is working with a company in Eastlake looking for a maintenance tech mon-fri 8-4pm with 3 paid 20 min breaks pay based on experience
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Metal fabrication skills: fitting, welding, cutting
- Electrical expertise up to 480v 3 phase
- PLC troubleshooting and programming
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings
- Proficiency in metalworking tools
**Responsibilities:**
- Fabricate electrical/mechanical components
- Interpret technical drawings accurately
- Perform systematic equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
**Electrical Tasks:**
- Install/repair electrical systems and components
- Diagnose/replace malfunctioning equipment
- Wire bending/installation for machine control
- Troubleshoot machine controls using PLC
**Mechanical Tasks:**
- Repair/maintain pneumatic/hydraulic components
- Replace damaged parts and pipes
- Align/adjust machine components for optimal function
- Use metalworking tools for repairs
- Test and ensure proper functionality of repairs/installations
- Maintain detailed records in the company's asset tracking software
