**Location:** Garrettsville, OH
**Shift:** 1st Shift
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
**Pay:** $18.00–$19.00/hr
**Overtime:** Some half-day Saturdays as needed
Mancan Staffing is seeking a dependable **Saw/Fabricator** for a manufacturing company in the Garrettsville area.
### Job Duties:
* Operate industrial saws to cut materials to required specifications
* Measure and prepare materials for fabrication
* Read measurements and follow work instructions
* Perform basic fabrication and production duties
* Inspect finished materials for accuracy and quality
* Use hand and power tools safely
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Follow all company safety procedures
### Qualifications:
* Previous saw operation, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred
* Comfortable using hand and power tools
* Strong measuring and basic math skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
* Willing to work occasional half-day Saturdays
