Job Description
Mancan Staffing is hiring a dependable General Laborer for Party Rentals & Event Setup in Newark, Ohio. This is a hands-on position helping load, unload, deliver, set up, and tear down party and event rental equipment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a team. Strong performers may have opportunities for additional work throughout the season.
Responsibilities
• Load and unload party rental equipment, including tables, chairs, tents, decorations, and other event supplies
• Set up and arrange rental equipment for events
• Assist with assembling and taking down tents, stages, and event structures
• Arrange tables, chairs, furniture, and décor according to event layouts
• Help keep rental equipment clean, organized, and presentable
• Work with team members to complete event setups and tear-downs efficiently
• Make adjustments to setups as needed
• Follow all safety procedures while loading, unloading, and setting up equipment
Qualifications & Requirements
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable performing physical general labor
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to follow directions and work well with a team
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or until the job is complete
Duration: Approximately 2–3 weeks
