NOW HIRING – 3RD SHIFT MACHINE OPERATORS / PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES
Location: Wooster, OH
Pay: $22.55/hour
Shift Differential: +$0.50/hour for 3rd Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Overtime: Available as needed
Training: Training will be completed on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift.
Mancan is currently seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as 3rd Shift Machine Operators / Production Associates in Wooster, OH.
This position is a great opportunity for candidates who are mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role, candidates will operate and monitor manufacturing machinery while supporting battery assembly operations and maintaining quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to work orders and specifications
• Perform tooling changes and machine adjustments as needed
• Monitor machine performance and production output throughout production runs
• Perform quality inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies
• Remove and properly document defective materials
• Assist maintenance with inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to lift medium to heavy materials as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Experience
• 1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Familiarity with production or assembly environments

• Allen wrenches

• Pliers
• Hand scanners
• Resistance probes
