Mancan Staffing is hiring a Finisher/Shipping Associate** for a custom sheet metal fabrication facility in Washington!
💰 $18/hr.
🕖 Day Shift | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

📈 Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
This role is a great fit for someone with manufacturing or machine shop experience who enjoys hands-on work and paying attention to the details. Duties include finishing and cleaning metal parts, using hand tools, inspecting parts for quality, preparing orders for shipment, completing paperwork, and moving materials through the production process.
We're looking for candidates with:
✔️ Manufacturing/machine shop experience
✔️ Finishing or shipping experience preferred
✔️ Strong attention to detail and math skills
✔️ Basic computer skills
✔️ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Commitment to safety and quality
