Dress: Steel toe shoes required
Starting Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour / $1.00 increase after 1 year
• $50.00 weekly attendance bonus (40 hours on-time)
• $500 Monthly attendance bonus (2nd Friday of each month if no time is missed without PTO to cover from the 2nd Friday of the month to the 2nd Thursday of the following month)
• $500 Sign on Bonus after 1 month (minimum of 160 hrs)
• Monthly Production at the end of each month at the rate of $25 per point over monthly quota. This is a plant wide team bonus.
Work 6:40 am to 3:10 pm, Lunch 11:30 -12:00
10 minute breaks at 8:10, 9:50 and 1:30. (1.5 hour work increments)
They are closed 2 weeks surrounding Christmas and New Year's and 1 week around the 4th of July.
Other holidays observed are Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thursday & Friday for Thanksgiving.
