Mancan is working with a company in Mt Hope looking for picker/packers to join their team! This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based on attitude, attendance, and performance.
Pay: $15/hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:45am-2:45pm. Overtime until 4:30pm and on Fridays from 5:45am-11:45am may be required based on production needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow pick lists and instructions displayed on a wrist-mounted device
- Locate and accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations
- Pack orders accurately for shipment
- Label packages and prepare completed orders for shipping
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
