Mancan is assisting a local company in Navarre, OH, in hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to work in their warehouse!

Position Details
• Location: Navarre, OH
• Pay: $18.00/hour
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: Starting between 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Schedule: Approximately 30–40 hours per week
• Overtime: Possible overtime may be required
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will work closely with customers and the warehouse team to ensure orders, inventory, and customer materials are accurately processed and documented. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Process and input customer orders into the computer system
• Monitor and respond to warehouse requests
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with inventory reporting and tracking
• Maintain accurate records of customer materials
• Prepare and process bills of lading
• File paperwork and maintain organized documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Office for daily tasks
• Communicate with customers and warehouse personnel as needed
• Ensure information and documentation are accurate and up to date
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
• Logistics experience in a warehouse setting is REQUIRED
• Previous experience with customer orders and warehouse operations
• Data entry experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with bills of lading
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to accurately maintain records and documentation
• High school diploma or GED
