* Help identify and resolve software issues
* Maintain and update existing programs
* Work with team members on technology-related projects
* Learn and support company software and systems
### Requirements:
* Basic programming knowledge or experience
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Good attention to detail
* Willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Computer Science, IT, or related education is a plus, but not required
