Customer Service Representative - Full Time

Mancan is working with a company in Mt. Vernon seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment lasting approximately 10–16 weeks. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with questions and concerns, and supporting day-to-day customer service operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills looking for a temporary office position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30am–4:30pm
Pay: $25.00/hour
Location: Mt. Vernon, OH
Job Duties:
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to customers
• Answer customer questions and assist with resolving concerns
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Enter and maintain customer information and orders accurately
• Assist with order tracking, updates, and general account information
• Communicate with internal departments to help resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to customer service
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED preferred
