Machine Operator

Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Macedonia who is looking for Machine operators. This will be 1st shift 7am-3:30pm and the starting pay will be $18 an hour and will go to $19 an hour once hired in. This position requires an understanding of machine safety and customer expectations, as well as completion of required paperwork. Machine Operators will provide 100% inspection of materials before processing and finished goods after production.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation or plastics technology preferred.
Experience in machine operation, preferably in plastic molding or a related field.
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to stay focused on tasks for extended periods.
Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
Basic computer skills for data entry and production reporting.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive motions.
Manual dexterity and the ability to handle small, intricate components.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
