NOW HIRING: MANUAL BRIDGEPORT MACHINIST – EASTLAKE, OH
🚨 Mancan Chardon is partnering with a manufacturing company in Eastlake, OH, seeking an experienced Manual Bridgeport Machinist to join their team!
💰 Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour Based on Experience
⏰ Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday
📍 Location: Eastlake, OH
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and operate manual Bridgeport milling machines to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
- Perform milling, drilling, tapping, and other manual machining operations.
- Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications.
- Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience operating manual Bridgeport milling machines preferred.
- Strong understanding of manual machining techniques and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of machining tolerances, speeds, and feeds.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
