Mancan Chardon is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Middlefield, OH, seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join their team! 💰 Pay: Based on Experience
📍 Location: Middlefield, OH
⏰ Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 P
📅 Additional Saturday Hours: October 17th & October 24th, 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM
🔧 Openings: 1 Experienced CNC Machinist
🛠️ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce quality precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
- Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and assist with process improvements.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous CNC machining experience is required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of CNC machine operations, tooling, and machining processes.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work scheduled Saturday hours as needed.
