Extruder Operator

Mancan is currently collaborating with a Kent-based company in their search for an experienced Extrusion Operators to join their 2nd shift team. Must have extrusion experience.
✅ At least 2 years of experience Is a Must
Pate rate is $22/hr to start with another increase of $1.25 when you move to 2nd shift.
Will train on 1st shift (7am-3pm) for a few months and then more to 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
-Running extrusion machine
-Packaging finished products.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Proficiency in following supervisor instructions.
- Experience running extrusion lines
- Experience using calipers
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to tolerate occasional elevated indoor temperatures.
- Standing for 7-8 hours per day.
- Lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Occasional reaching upward and above the head.
- Periodic bending, squatting, kneeling, and twisting.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Candidates must successfully pass both a drug screening and a background check.
